About
I hold a masters degree in both nutrition and counselling and offer services n both modalities. I work in private practice in Sydney.
I am a lecturer in clinical nutrition and a student clinic supervisor at Torrens University, and an experienced corporate speaker with qualifications in adult training and education.
My career mission is to help people obtain optimal health through diet and lifestyle coaching with minimal supplementation. I am passionate about food as medicine and am a firm believer in the concept of ‘food first’ wherever possible, and am believe that diet plays a significant role in both physical and mental health.
The choices we make around food can significantly impact our health and well-being, for better or worse. With a busy lifestyle it is easy to get lost in those food choices but with a nutritional guide you can make better decisions, get back on track and enjoy a healthier you.
Working with individual clients on a range of health issues from a holistic perspective I aim to educate, empower and support people to achieve their best possible health outcomes. Health issues that I consult on include: weight loss and weight gain, nutritional support for mental health issues, gut and chronic health issues, food intolerances, and general health improvement, detox programs, nutrition information and more.
I practice within an holistic approach and work to complement existing treatment programs, medications and other forms of therapeutic intervention.
I am experienced in delivering corporate nutrition presentations providing practical and dynamic information that employees can easily assimilate into their daily lives.

3. Recognise The Healing Power of Nature (Natura Medica) – & the body’s innate ability to heal itself;
4. Practitioner as Teacher (Docere) – empowering clients through education;
5.Treat the Whole Person recognising that there are many factors that contribute to ill-health & health;
6. Focus on prevention – prevention is better than cure.
